FitWise Pilates Offers offers private, duet, and small group Pilates services, unique Barre Classes and nutritional support to help you achieve and sustain your goals while supporting your lifestyle.
Private Sessions
Private sessions are the best way to accelerate and help you gain the most out of your training and learning. Regardless of your age or fitness level, our knowledgeable instructors work with you to cultivate a personalized program based on your goals, issues or injuries. We will work with you to create and maintain a successful personal practice for fitness enhancement, rehabilitation from injury, and or Pre & Post-partum conditioning.
Duet Session
If you have a friend or partner that you would like to work with and still receive the benefits of privates sessions, we can accommodate you in a duet session, while still addressing your needs with custom tailored program design.
Small Group Equipment Classes
FitWise Pilates Reformer and Equipment classes offer specialized instruction in an intimate setting. We know that you need a challenge – but at just the right level. We offer classes for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced levels, rehabilitation and restorative (Movement Medicine) as well as fitness buffs and athletes. We organize groups so students are at compatible levels of fitness and understanding of the exercises. Because each group is limited in size, you’ll get individualized attention. Even if you are new to Pilates, we can modify. If you are a Pilates veteran, we can progress the exercises to the right level so that you stay challenged.

Reverse Your Computer Posture
In addition to a full body workout, you will learn and employ such strategies into your functional daily activities as how to use your body and muscles more efficiently, focus your mind for improved health and fitness, increase core strength resulting in better posture, breathing capacity and blood circulation. Increased flexibility results in greater balance and coordination, reduces stress, develops muscle groups uniformly and corrects muscle imbalances, increases overall body strength and endurance, rehabs and prevents injury to damaged muscle groups/sports injuries and creates a longer, leaner firmer appearance.

Beginners Restorative are Movement Medicine
Intelligent, restorative and mindful movement. This class is ideal for clients of all levels and ages who wish to get rehabilitative and restorative movement, increase mobility and range of motion, and gain awareness on optimal functional movement. This is a custom-tailored class that will rebuild and focus on your personal areas of interest. In general we will help you to move well, feel great, stand taller and leaner. We create each class for your particular needs.
Pre Natal / Post Partum Pilates
Expecting a bundle of joy? Pilates is perfect for getting ready for delivery or bouncing back after it. Appropriate for expecting moms in any stage of pregnancy with at least an introduction to Pilates equipment. Also great for new moms who have delivered, to get your pelvic power back. Ask your doctor if this is right for you.
