Cardio Reformer Flow (Jumpboard) (All Levels)

CONTEMPORARY PILATES – BASED ON SCIENCE, NOT FADS.

Contemporary Pilates applies scientific research with practices in biomechanics, rehabilitation and athletic performance enhancement. Contemporary Pilates is based on the original work of Joseph Pilates  and maintains the original standard of precision and quality. We teach an updated form of the method developed to include  the most current knowledge about Fascia and functional movement  to meet the needs of the modern day body and lifestyle. Form and awareness at FitWise is not limited to the work that we do together in the studio, but additionally meant to help you develop more balanced patterns when you are out in the world.

OUR INSTRUCTORS ARE EXPERTS – KEY FACTOR IN HOW SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL BE

Many of our instructors have come to us from formal dance, athletic or rehabilitation backgrounds. Our instructors are professionals who have devoted themselves to becoming experts in intelligent movement. They have been certified through highly respected PMA (Pilates Method Alliances) accredited certification programs. FitWise Instructors have year (decades) of experience, not just days as in some chain studios. They are active in the evolving learning process and continue to take current master level classes to deepen their teachings.

OUR CLASSES ARE SMALL AND CUSTOM TAILORED

Classes are made to order for your goals and your body. Our instructors take time, collaborate and get to know you. They will help build you up and encourage you to attain your goals. Group classes are limited in size so you’ll get individualized attention. We can modify or progress the exercises to the right level so you stay challenged but never overwhelmed.

We are a small, female owned and operated small business. Unlike chain studios and corporate health clubs, we have established roots in our community and strive to create a positive impact.
