Cancellation / Refund Policy
Classes in Mill Valley require a 12-hour cancellation notice and classes in El Cerrito require a 24 hour notice; ALL private and duet appointments require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you do not cancel in advance you will be automatically charged for the class or session. All sales are final and we cannot offer refunds. Please check the expiration dates of our classes and appointments. All pre-paid packages are discounted and have a 6 month expiration (new client pre-paid deal is 30 days.) There are no exceptions, apologies.
Waitlist Policy
There are 4 spots on the waitlist. Adding your name to the waitlist provides you a great opportunity to get into class! We will contact you via email or phone if a spot opens up and you can decide if you want to join the class. If you want to stop by to see if there is a no show, please do so.
