FitWise Pilates Reformer classes offer specialized instruction in an intimate setting. We know that you need a challenge – but at just the right level. We offer classes for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced levels, rehabilitation and restorative as well as fitness buffs and athletes. Because each class is limited in size, you’ll get individualized attention.

If you are new to Pilates or this is your thousandths class, each class will feal unique and the right challenge. Our instructors are trained to cue for progress the exercises to the right level so that you stay challenged.
