Private sessions are the best way to accelerate your learning and help you get the most out of your training and learning. Regardless of your age or fitness level, our knowledgeable instructors work with you to cultivate a personalized program based on your goals, issues or injuries. We will work with you to create and maintain a successful personal practice – for fitness enhancement, rehabilitation from injury, and/or pre- & post-partum conditioning.
For optimum results, we recommend you commit to a regular practice of at least two or three times per week, whether in a private, group, class setting. Our instructors will help you determine the best plan for you to get the most out of your training.
If you have a friend or partner that you would like to work with and still receive the benefits of privates sessions, we can accomodate you in a duet session, while still addressing your needs with custom tailored program design.
To experience the optimal benefits of a movement practice, it’s important to commit yourself regularly! We recommend a minimum of 2 – 3 times per week, more if you can make the time. Whether in a private session, equipment group, mat class, or at home, practicing Pilates and/or yoga on a consistent basis will accelerate your results and greatly enhance your overall health.
